MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT

No minimums on initial orders or reorders.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only, prior to shipping. We accept checks, Zelle, and all major credit cards, where a credit card authorization will be emailed or faxed to you to confirm the account name, account number, billing address, and expiration date. On all custom orders, payment will be charged in full when the order is placed.

DELIVERY

We do not stock items. Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of an order to be completed and shipped. Order acceptance and confirmations are emailed to customers.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by either Fed Ex, UPS or Common Carrier. We reserve the right to select the carrier of our choice. A customer can choose to use their own carrier by providing us with that account number. If they choose their own carrier, they agree to assume responsibility for any and all shipping charges, along with any potential damages caused by their choice of carrier. All shipments are very carefully packed, using approved packing methods for such items. We drop ship for residential and commercial deliveries.

DAMAGES

If there is any concealed damage to a shipment you receive, you must report it to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt to avoid a denial of claims. You must save all packing materials and original carton or crate for a carrier inspection. We will require a completed claim form along with photos of damages, including the original shipping materials. Please submit this info to stacey@oramaatelier.com.

RETURNS

No return item will be accepted without written return authorization approval and/or number supplied by stacey@oramatelier.com. No returns on custom orders. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
